The gymnasium at Victoria Mills is a fully equipped 2000 square foot purpose made, fully air conditioned area. The gym has all the equipment you need for whatever type of training you require and is free for all VIVO guests.

- 1 x spinning cycle
- 2 x Concept 2 rowing machines

- 1 x leg curl machine
- 1 x leg extension machine
- 1 x full set of free weights
